Patient is suffering from hypertension and diabetes. BP is now in control after 4/5 months treatments of sugar is in progress but not in control. She is complaining of burning of foot and exhaustion. What should be the treatment?

I occasionally have headache in the afternoon daily. It gets more sever when I am tired and becomes normal after take rest. No malaria, typhoid, dengue as tests done. Blood cp is normal. I have croupy cough for last one month but no other symptoms like fever, chest pain, etc. and chest x-ray was normal. I have been diagnosed as trachobronchitis. Used moxifloxacin for 7 days but no such improvement. Now using corticosteroids deltacoritil from last 5 last but condition.is still same. What should I use now?
